ANNUAL AWARDS DINNER

Reserve seats at $50 per person by using the PayPal box below. You can use a credit card on PayPal.  If you don’t have a PayPal account or prefer to mail your reservation, download a hard copy form. Print and fill in the pdf copy. Send it to the address provided at bottom of form.

Dinner choices are CHICKEN or Pork  or Stuffed Peppers. Click on arrow of drop-down box to choose number of dinners you want to purchase. Note names and dinner choices. Then click Buy Now button. Gluten-free meals available by request. If you have a specific allergy concern, note in Instruction box request for alternative meal.

Awardees plus one guest are at our expense. Additional guests are $50 each. Make awardee reservations by filling in downloaded form and mail to address at bottom of form or e-mail to address at bottom of this page.

Please register online by Sunday, March 24. Mail in by Friday, March 22.

We ask for your support to sponsor Cadets and Junior Airmen @ $50 each. Tell us how many you would like to sponsor. Include that number with your order.

Seating will be assigned based on six place settings per table.
